Editorial policy

How content is produced

Articles on this site are written from official and institutional public information. We use artificial intelligence tools to help organise information and draft text, and we do not publish unchecked content directly.

Review before publication

  • Before each article is published, a separate AI review process checks it item by item against the listed sources, and it is published only after approval by the person responsible for this site. Articles on this site are compiled from the listed sources, and some health information articles have been reviewed by a doctor; for your individual circumstances, please ask your attending doctor.
  • Content about conditions, tests or treatments is compiled from recognised clinical guidelines and official information, with the source, version and scope of application stated for every sentence; where guidelines differ, we set out the differing positions side by side and do not judge on the reader's behalf.
  • This site does not give personal medical advice; individual circumstances must be decided by the attending doctor.

Writing principles

  • Answer the reader's question directly first, then give the details and sources.
  • Write only what is supported by a source; no exaggeration and no speculation.
  • We do not rate doctors or institutions, and we do not use words such as "best" or "famous doctor".
  • Figures such as fees and waiting times are given with the date of their source, and readers are reminded to confirm the latest information with the institution.

Editorial independence

This site does not accept paid articles or paid ranking. For the business relationship between the operator and healthcare institutions, please see the About us page.

Updates and corrections

When we learn that a source has been updated, we revise the article and update the date on the page. Errors pointed out by readers will be corrected as soon as possible once verified.
